Description

All Business Growth Plans require scheduled requests. A 7-day turnaround or less is our goal. Please call 928-300-9147 if you are interested in a more flexible arrangement.

Maintenance and Business Growth Plans are not used for Reimbursements, Domain Names, Website Hosting, or any costs incurred.

Maintenance and Business Growth Plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Maintenance and Business Growth Plans are billed in 15-minute increments with a 15-minute minimum.

If a major update conflict arises during maintenance activities, additional fees may apply to troubleshoot and fix issues.

Turn-around times exclude holidays and weekends.

Customer is responsible for proofing all work.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Unused hours do not accumulate and will not “roll over” to the next month.

If a conflict occurs, troubleshooting and fixing problems will incur additional fees.

If significant problems occur due to your current host, it may be necessary to migrate your website to a new, more reliable host specializing in WordPress websites.

Website errors can be caused by poorly-trained humans, old programming, obsolete or incompatible themes and plugins, poor-quality hosting platforms, bad tech support, old PHP versions, age, and hackers. Charlotte Howard Web Design is not responsible for website errors.

Charlotte Howard will review your current website and host to determine if our service is appropriate for your needs.
